Landlords are adding their rooms for the coming year. Come back soon, or ask a landlord to put you on their waiting list.
From search to keys in three steps
1
Book a visit
Pick a free slot. The landlord confirms by email. No account, no password.
2
Get the green light
If the landlord says yes, you get an invitation to the Kot360 app on your phone.
3
Sign and move in
Sign your contract online — with your parents if needed — and follow rent and repairs in the app.
Parents, you stay in the loop.
Be copied on the contract, sign as guarantor online, see the deposit and rent receipts. Your student decides who is included.
